Euro-Thymaide has put in place an integrated electronic consultation for an approval of a publication addressed to the members of the Exploitation and Dissemination Committee. The Committee is chaired by the project Coordinator and includes the team leaders, the communication manager, the project manager and the SME partners.
This consultation does not take more than 7 working days, unless Members of the Exploitation and Dissemination Committee have other opinions, which they are welcome to comment.
The consortium members may object to the publication if they consider that the protection of their knowldege would be adversely affected by this publication. The planned publication is suspended until the end of this consultation period. Additionally, this fast and efficient consultation system is linked to the e-communication platform, Xtranet-ISA with password restricted, which can also be updated by partners themselves. up– and download area for documents contributes to an appropriate and transparent information flow.
Xtranet-ISA is a e-management and communication utility which is available for European research project management (info at www.xtranet-isa.com).
