The Rolduc Workshop on Thymocyte and T cell Biology has been held between May 19-22, 2007. The program gathered group of speakers from the extended "world" of thymocyte and T cell biology. Euro-Thymaide partners have contributed significantly to the programme.
Scientific presentations and debates featured Euro-Thymaide related progress to the wordwide scientific community. Rolduc is situated on the edge of the town of Kerkrade in the province of Limburg, the Netherlands. Rolduc was built in 1104 as an abbey and served for many centuries as an Augustinian monastery before being transformed into an international congress center. Rolduc combines the calm and tranquility of a former monastery with the facilities of a modern conference center.
It was an excellent occasion for the Euro-Thymaide consortium to meet and discuss the scientific activity programme for the year to come.
